Pipeline Stages

1. Lint — catch style issues early
2. Build — compile and cache dependencies
3. Test — unit, integration, and e2e
4. Deploy — push to staging or production

Principles

• Fail fast: run the fastest checks first
• Idempotent: same commit always produces the same result
• Immutable artifacts: build once, deploy everywhere
