Good coffee does not require expensive equipment. It requires consistency.

The V60 Method

  1. Boil water to 93°C
  2. Rinse the filter paper
  3. Add 15g coffee, ground medium-fine
  4. Pour 30ml bloom water, wait 30 seconds
  5. Pour in stages to 250ml total
  6. Total brew time: 2:30–3:00

The most important variable is grind size. Dial it in and everything else falls into place.
